Bull Farm Primary Care Resource Centre in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire showed their enthusiasm today when they dressed up for the Children in Need appeal.
Instead of doctors and nurses, visitors were confronted with geisha girls, pirates, witches and clowns.
The staff were thrilled to see their efforts rewarded when they raised £261.44 towards the appeal.
