Aston currently manages some 40,000 patients across 10 different general practices, working with Primary Care Trusts and a number of primary and secondary care partners. As it seeks to become a leading primary care provider of choice amongst GPs, patients and commissioning groups, Aston has developed a model for delivering sustainable, long term healthcare services that can be rolled out across all communities.
